🎓 Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, CHRP, or equivalent is preferred.

💼 Experience

* 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and HR policy implementation.
* Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.
* Provide hands-on HR support to operational departments and collaborate closely with departmental leadership.
* Supervise and support Learning & Development activities, ensuring effective training and employee capability development.
* Develop and analyze key HR metrics, including cost-per-hire, attrition, workforce productivity, revenue per employee, and performance indicators.
* Conduct employee engagement and pulse surveys, feedback initiatives, and exit/stay interviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Analyze compensation, benefits, labor costs, and HR expenditures while benchmarking against industry standards.
