Hr Executive

Description:

Exio is expanding its HR team to support our US-based campaign operations and is looking to hire a dedicated HR Executive for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the US campaign

* Post and manage job openings across relevant platforms and job boards

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records and recruitment reports

* Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely follow-ups

* Support onboarding documentation and coordination for newly hired employees

* Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment workflows and reduce hiring turnaround time

Requirements

* Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

* Ability to work independently during night shift hours

* Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and applicant tracking systems

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign-based environment
