Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on real estate campaigns. The role is centered on generating high-quality buyer and investor leads, marketing property projects, and maximizing conversions through data-driven digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for real estate projects (Meta & Google Ads)
- Generate high-intent buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial properties
- Create, upload, and optimize property listings on portals (e.g., Zameen, Graana)
- Develop and manage lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, WhatsApp integrations)
- Manage and grow social media platforms with real estate-focused content (posts, reels, ads)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rates)
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handling and conversions
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups
- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, offers, ad strategies, project positioning)
- Work with the design team to create high-converting ad creatives, videos, and brochures
- Optimize website content and landing pages for property-related keywords (SEO)
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and real estate marketing guidelines
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, campaign performance, and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
- Proven experience in lead generation for property or high-value sales
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of real estate buyer journey and sales funnel
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Familiarity with property portals (Zameen, Graana, OLX, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
