We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a RCM/Medical Billing Sales Consultant from Pakistan to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career level and REMOTE (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DESCRIPTION OF RCM/MEDICAL BILLING SALES CONSULTANT (REMOTE):
RCM Consultancy:
- Coordinate with the management team and ensure smooth implementation of RCM services.
- Coordinate with the management team and create work processes, bidding templates and pricing models for RCM services.
- Assist the management team with queries and implementation of RCM services.
Lead Generation:
- Manage incoming calls from 9 am to 5 pm US CST.
- Manage chat support from 9 am to 5 pm US CST.
- Bid on relevant projects on the Upwork platform.
- Assist the lead in other lead generation activities.
Lead nurturing and closure:
- Assist the lead in nurturing the leads.
- Assist the lead in closing the leads.
Sales document handling:
- Create/update documents relevant to the sales department including sales flyers, materials, bidding templates and other sales documents.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
- 3-5 years of work experience as an RCM Lead or Accounts Specialist or relevant similar experience.
- Prior experience in RCM sales, U.S. market specifically is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have experience in ICD-11 and CPT/HCPCS codes and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
