Rcm Billing Specialist

Description:

Caregenix Solutions is urgently hiring an experienced RCM Medical Billing Specialist for our Karachi office. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in medical billing and meet the qualifications below, we want to hear from you!

Medical Claims Processing: Review and process medical claims using appropriate coding and billing systems.

Verification: Confirm demographics and insurance eligibility & benefits.

Payment Posting: Handle payment postings, reimbursement, collection analysis, and reporting.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve billing issues, manage denials, and follow up with insurance companies.

Team Oversight: Oversee the medical billing process and team.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate or higher

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in overall RCM

Willingness to work US hours (6 PM to 3 AM, Mon-Fri)

Skills:

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good knowledge of insurance guidelines and terminology

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
