Urgently looking for Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) or DAE (Civil)
Experience: 15+ years of experience
Location: Site Karachi, Pakistan
Note: Only Karachi resident will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
- Collect and compare material rates from various suppliers and vendors
- Conduct detailed rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment
- Perform regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and payments
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and cost-control documentation

Requirements:
- Strong market knowledge of current construction trends and material cost fluctuations
- Proficiency in cost estimating and contract management software e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel and PlanSwift is a plus
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
