Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager – Port Qasim, Karachi

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Port Qasim, Karachi — specializing in evaporators and condensers for the HVAC / refrigeration industry.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement robust quality control systems across evaporator and condenser production.
Lead QA/QC teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
Conduct inspections, audits and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Implement process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, etc.) for better efficiency and quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Maintenance to ensure product standards are met.
Ensure compliance with both local and international quality standards (ISO, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering (or a related field).
Minimum 6+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing of HVAC / refrigeration components.
Deep understanding of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and team management skills.
