Position: Manager Quality Control – Raw Materials (RM)

Location: Karachi (Pakistan)

Qualification: MSc/MS Chemistry

Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control (Raw Materials)

Key Accountabilities:
⦿ Manage and oversee the Raw Material Quality Control (RM-QC) section
⦿ Ensure proper sampling, testing, approval/rejection, and release of APIs and excipients
⦿ Review and approve analytical reports, COAs, SOPs, and specifications
⦿ Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, GMP, USP, BP, EP, and ICH guidelines
⦿ Handle OOS, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs effectively
⦿ Supervise QC analysts and ensure timely testing to support production schedules
⦿ Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and vendor qualification activities

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
⦿ Strong understanding of raw material testing and pharmacopeial requirements
⦿ Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and wet chemistry
⦿ Sound knowledge of data integrity and ALCOA principles
⦿ Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
⦿ Excellent documentation, leadership, and communication skills
