Quality Control Inspector

Description:

Sherwani Apparel is hiring a Quality Checker / QC Auditor for our knit garment production facility.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in knitwear quality control, capable of independently monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring export standards are met.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

We are not hiring for short-term or temporary roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inline inspections during stitching and production

• Identify defects in stitching, measurements, fabric, and finishing

• Conduct final inspections before shipment

• Audit shipments to ensure compliance with buyer requirements

• Review samples (PPS, size sets, pre-production) before approval

• Verify garments against tech packs, specs, and measurements

• Ensure correct labeling, packing, and presentation

• Report issues and coordinate with production for corrections

• Maintain inspection records and QC reports

Requirements

• 4–10 years experience in garment QC (knits preferred)

• Strong understanding of knit fabrics and garment construction

• Knowledge of inline inspection, final inspection, and AQL

• Experience in export-oriented factories preferred

• Must be willing to work on-site in New Karachi Industrial Area
