Hashone Global is Hiring – Project Manager (Design)

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager, clients, and the Production/Design Team
• Understand client requirements, project scope, and business objectives, and translate them into clear technical and creative briefs
• Manage end-to-end project execution for design-related deliverables (websites, branding, creatives, etc.)
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Create project timelines, milestones, and task allocations, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Review deliverables before client submission to ensure quality and alignment with requirements
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Track project progress, updates, and reporting to the Account Manager
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, revisions, and approvals

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Strong understanding of design processes (UI/UX, branding, web design)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Prior experience handling client-facing roles is highly preferred

💼 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time | Onsite
📅 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: Monday to Friday
