Faizan Builders & Developers is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-rise residential and commercial developments, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion
• Lead and coordinate site teams effectively
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Control project costs and maintain budget efficiency
• Ensure compliance with design drawings and local building regulations
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Implement risk management strategies
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered)
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
• Experience in high-rise projects will be preferred
