HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a “Project Manager – Electrical”

Location: Karachi

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in electrical project execution and management.
• Strong experience in managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, load calculations, and safety standards.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of electrical projects from planning to commissioning.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance against KPIs.
• Approve technical designs, drawings, and material specifications.
• Control project costs and manage procurement of electrical materials.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare project reports and updates for management.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management.
