Description:
The Project Manager will also communicate directly with clients through Zoom and audio calls to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and offer professional suggestions when needed. They will convert client feedback into clear and easy-to-understand instructions for designers, developers, editors, animators, and SEO specialists. The role requires strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing issues before they escalate.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in project management or client facing delivery role within a digital agency or services environment handling web design SMM video SEO or animation.
- Excellent written and verbal command of English able to run client calls present recommendations and write professional emails and reports.
- Demonstrable ability to convert technical or creative requirements into concise instructions for delivery teams.
- Familiarity with common PM and collaboration tools such as ClickUp Asana Trello Google Workspace and ability to maintain organised project documentation.
- Comfortable on Zoom and able to manage client calls independently including recording clear meeting outcomes and next steps.
- Experience with quality checks for creative deliverables knowledge of basic video editing workflows and understanding of paid social campaign and SEO deliverables is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail problem solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Available to work on-site from Monday to Friday 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Night shift)
