Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Track project progress using project management tools, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automation specialists working with n8n, GoHighLevel, and Make.com, as well as Python.

Delegate tasks effectively, manage team workload, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure alignment and productivity.

Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance team culture.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Translate client needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.

Provide regular, transparent project updates, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Professionally handle scope changes, feedback, and any potential issues that may arise.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

Ensure all delivered automation solutions meet our high standards of quality and fulfill client requirements.

Continuously evaluate and improve our project management processes and team workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a tech company, digital agency, or SaaS environment.

Demonstrable experience managing technical teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Strong familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make.com) and marketing/CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel/GHL).

Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, API/webhook integrations, and data parsing.

Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills (both written and verbal).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Proficiency with modern project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp).

A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
