Tronics Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Design Unit, overseeing creative design and development projects that deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who thrives on driving innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and exceeding client expectations.

As the bridge between our clients and internal teams, you will orchestrate all aspects of the design lifecycle—from scope planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery and pixel-perfect results across all digital mediums.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative/development teams.

  • Define project scope, gather requirements, and create detailed project timelines and documentation.

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and content teams to ensure synchronized execution.

  • Lead day-to-day project operations, assign tasks, and track deliverables.

  • Review design and development work to ensure quality, brand alignment, and technical compliance.

  • Facilitate cross-team communication, align stakeholders, and deliver project updates.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status meetings.

  • Apply Agile methodologies for workflow optimization and delivery management.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, tools, and communication processes.
