Estimatrixs LLC is looking for a talented Estimator/Procurement Coordinator with a proven track record of over 2 years in construction estimating and procurement. This is a full-time, night-shift position (6 PM to 3 AM) for individuals who excel under tight deadlines and are ready to contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

• Obtain detailed quotes from manufacturers and vendors.

• Manage submittals and ensure timely approvals.

• Coordinate procurement to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and procurement.

• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and CSI divisions.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
