We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Lead – Fabrication & Welding to join our team at our Korangi Industrial Area!

If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering, a passion for shop floor excellence, and 6–8 years of experience driving production targets in the automotive or engineering sector, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

Lead Operations: Supervise daily fabrication, welding activities, and shop floor teams.

Drive Efficiency: Meet production targets, optimize material use, and minimize waste.

Collaborate & Report: Coordinate with Design, Planning, and Quality teams using MS Excel and MS Teams.

Ensure Standards: Maintain strict compliance with industrial safety regulations and welding quality standards.

What We Are Looking For:

Deep technical knowledge of welding processes and fabrication standards.

Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong command over production scheduling and digital reporting tools.
