Production Lead

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·       Oversee apparel production from development to final delivery

·       Manage factory, vendor, and supplier relationships

·       Ensure quality control and production compliance

·       Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities

·       Support product development, sampling, and production readiness

·       Drive production efficiency, planning, and cost optimization

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

·       Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

·       5–8+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, production management, or sourcing

·       Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and textile production processes

·       Experience managing factories, vendors, and quality systems

·       Excellent planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
