Production Executive

Description:

Executive and manage shift operations and production activities as per given schedule.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to operator ensure effective team operations.
Run and monitor RO plant as per SOP.
Perform shift-based tasks as assigned.
Clean all the equipment that directly come in contact with raw material, in-process goods and FG at the start and end of each production day where as required.
Check and sign all the documents related to production, including plant log-sheet, start-up and shut down checklist etc.
Make all the batches on all available manufacturing units as per given SOPs.
Keep product and resource wastages lower than specified level.
Determine and note process parameters in given documents and keep all the process parameters in the specified limit.
Ensure no damage to all the machinery and manufacturing units.
To keep record of scheduled and preventive maintenance and inform about due maintenance to production supervisor.
To perform autonomous maintenance of all manufacturing units.
Report nonconformance to the line manager with-out delay.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager as per position.
