We’re growing our team and looking for a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁) who understands both products and customers. This role is for someone who can connect our ERP systems' capabilities with the business's requirements and help turn that into growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Review our ERP modules to find missing features, workflow gaps, and areas where AI can add real value.
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating market feedback into actionable product and feature recommendations.
• Pitch and sell AI-ERP solutions to key decision-makers in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure AI integrations deliver real business ROI.
• Support product positioning by clearly communicating value, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
• Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to guide product growth strategy.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management, Product Growth, or Technical Sales within the ERP domain.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, including inventory, supply chain, CRM, and operations.
• Proven ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in simple, business-focused terms.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset focused on product adoption and revenue growth.
