We’re Hiring: Manager – Procurement (Accessories – Printing Items)

We’re on the lookout for a Manager – Procurement (Accessories – Printing Items) to lead our printing accessories category with strategic sourcing, strong vendor partnerships, and operational excellence.

📍 Location: Karachi

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee end-to-end procurement for printing-related accessories including labels, hangtags, stickers, bands, and other packaging items.
🔹 Collaborate with design and production teams on artwork and layout approvals.
🔹 Build and maintain a robust, compliant supplier network aligned with company and customer standards.
🔹 Drive cost efficiency and quality assurance through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
🔹 Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries through proactive vendor coordination and inventory management.
🔹 Lead and mentor the procurement team to deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
🔹 Implement process enhancements supporting sustainability and innovation goals.

What We’re Looking For:
6–8 years of experience in accessories or printing-related procurement.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience in the textile or packaging industry will be a plus.
