Description:

We are looking for a PPC Expert (Paid Media Specialist) to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of healthcare technology clients. In this role, you will manage paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns achieve performance goals while remaining compliant with healthcare advertising policies.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, SEO, Content, and Design teams to develop data-driven paid media strategies that maximize ROI, improve lead generation, and deliver measurable business results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring budgets, targeting, and reporting remain accurate and organized.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies to achieve CPA, ROAS, CPL, and conversion objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies, including platform guidelines and privacy requirements.
  • Configure and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and offline conversion tracking.
  • Execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and present recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Work closely with SEO, Content, and Design teams to align paid media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, automation features, and best practices in digital advertising.

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing multiple advertising accounts and achieving CPA, ROAS, and lead generation targets.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and at least one paid social platform (Meta or LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
