Description:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in poultry health management, veterinary consultancy, or poultry medicine sales — with a strong technical foundation in disease prevention, nutrition, and biosecurity management.
As a key member of the poultry division, the Poultry Health & Technical Manager will oversee farm health assessments, implement data-driven treatment and vaccination programs, and provide technical leadership to both internal teams and clients. The role combines field-based consulting, strategic planning, and technical sales support to strengthen Jfrin’s market presence and ensure optimal use of its poultry medicines and nutritional solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead on-site farm assessments and health audits, focusing on disease control, flock performance, and management improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive health programs — including medication, vaccination, and biosecurity strategies.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to sales and field teams on product knowledge, disease management, and practical farm solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Jfrin Pharmaceuticals and poultry producers, veterinarians, and distributors.
- Support product trials, demonstrations, and field evaluations to validate product performance.
- Analyze farm data and trends (mortality, FCR, weight gain, uniformity) to provide actionable insights and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop technical materials, protocols, and case studies.
- Represent Jfrin at industry events, seminars, and professional meetings to strengthen technical brand reputation.
- Qualifications & SkillsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or BSc (Hons.) Poultry Science / Animal Science.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in poultry health management, veterinary consultancy, or poultry medicine technical support.
- Deep understanding of poultry diseases, medication programs, and nutrition management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting farm performance data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead field teams, and travel extensively.
- Experience with commercial broiler, layer, and breeder operations preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
