FTI Solutions (Fatila Techno Innovations) is launching its official podcast focused on technology, engineering leadership, innovation, and real-world industry insights. We are looking for a confident Social Media & Podcast Intern who is comfortable appearing on camera and working closely with the CEO during podcast recordings.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media, and personal brand building, with a strong interest in YouTube and TikTok growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, recording, and publishing podcast episodes

• Appear on camera during podcast sessions with the CEO

• Create short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels

• Manage social media posting schedules and captions

• Clip and repurpose long-form podcast content into engaging short videos

• Engage with audience comments and messages

• Support content ideas focused on reach, engagement, and monetization

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Confident on-camera presence and clear speaking ability

• Interest in podcasts, social media, and digital content

• Willingness to learn and take ownership

• Basic understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram

• Video editing skills are a plus (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
