Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and maximize ROI.
✅ Generate quality leads, website traffic, and online conversions.
✅ Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports.
✅ Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign results.
✅ Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad campaigns.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
✔ Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
✔ Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
