Outreach Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Specialist (Lead Generation & Appointment Setter) located in Karachi Division. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Additional tasks include conducting market research to identify potential leads, maintaining an updated database of contacts, and assisting in executing community outreach initiatives to promote the company’s services and establish new connections.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding and reaching out to potential clients across:
• LinkedIn
• Twitter (X)
• Email
• Reddit, Discord, and other communities
• Crafting personalized, high-converting messages (no copy-paste junk)
• Starting conversations that actually get replies (and not ghosted)
• Qualifying leads and booking calls for the sales team
• Testing different angles, hooks, and messaging strategies daily
• Managing outreach campaigns and tracking performance
• Continuously improving reply rates, conversion rates, and booked meetings

• You’ve done B2B outreach / lead generation / appointment setting before
• You understand psychology, not just tools
• You can write messages that feel human and get replies
• You’re comfortable talking to founders, recruiters, and decision-makers
