Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential prospects.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients through professional outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Qualify leads and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects when required.
- Maintain accurate outreach records in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
- Stay updated on outreach strategies, prospecting techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects.
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development, outreach, or sales is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets/Excel is preferred.
