Organic Social Media Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help manage and grow the TikTok + Instagram presence of an anime-inspired fashion and lifestyle brand.

What you’ll do:

• Create and publish 1–2 posts per day on TikTok & Instagram.
• Work mainly with carousel photo posts (images + text hooks) — we’ll provide banners, AI visuals, and product images, you focus on making them engaging.
• Add strong hooks, trending references, and captions inspired by anime and viral content.
• Keep a consistent brand style (fonts, colors, product always included).
• Repurpose winning formats for ongoing use.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who is active on TikTok/Instagram and knows how trends work.
• Strong interest in anime culture (so content feels authentic).
• Basic skills in editing (text overlays, trending formats, carousel layouts).
• Ability to keep up a steady posting rhythm (1–2 posts daily).
• Creativity to try new ideas, but also consistency once something works.
