Role And Responsibilities

As a Oracle E-Business Suite Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Delivering stable, secure, and efficient Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Modules support.
• Oversee full life cycle management of Standard and custom modules, optimisation, and integrations.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Ensure system compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
• Enable end-users through training and guidance.
• Act as a liaison between System and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle E_Business Suite HRMS Modules and PL/SQL programming.
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Demonstrated experience across the ERP implementation life cycle,requirements gathering, configuration, testing, roll out, and support.
• Strong team collaborative skills and mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS, and integration protocols (APIs, EDI).
