Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Manager/Broker who will lead our transport brokerage project. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be skilled at closing deals while providing excellent customer support throughout the process and after the transaction is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

-Project Leadership: Lead the transport brokerage project, overseeing its execution from start to finish.

-Team Building: Build a team of your own, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.

- Use online platforms to match businesses requiring logistics services with truckers or trucking companies.
- Consolidate multiple orders and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Negotiate rates and commissions with truckers and businesses.
- Facilitate deals from the initial contact to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and service providers even after deal completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and logistics partners.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales pipeline and provide client support after deal closure.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client retention.
