Operations Head

Function is a fast-growing chain of premium personal training fitness studios based in Karachi. With three successfully operating branches and a strong reputation for results-driven training and professional coaching, Function is now entering its next phase of expansion across Pakistan.

To support this growth, we are hiring a Branch Operations Head to oversee all branches and lead systems, people, and performance at scale.

Role Purpose

Ensure smooth, profitable, and consistent branch operations through strong SOPs, disciplined execution, people leadership, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches

· Develop and enforce SOPs (90%+ compliance)

· Improve trainer performance, retention, and staffing balance

· Drive client retention, conversion, and complaint resolution

· Monitor financial performance and branch profitability

· Lead digital system and automation rollouts

· Ensure accurate reporting and KPI tracking

· Build strong culture and cross-branch alignment

Requirements

Must Have

· 5–10 years of operations or multi-unit management experience

· Background in service, fitness, hospitality, or wellness sectors

· Strong people management and process-building skills

Nice to Have

· Experience with digital tools or app rollouts

· Familiarity with the fitness industry
