Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in business process analysis and Odoo module mapping
• In-depth knowledge of modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.
• Proven experience leading teams or working as a functional lead
• Strong capability in requirement gathering, BRD/FSD preparation, and end-to-end implementations
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior exposure to enterprise-level or US clients is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discussions and requirement-gathering sessions with clients
• Translate business requirements into effective Odoo functional solutions
• Guide and mentor junior functional consultants
• Work closely with technical teams on configurations and customizations
• Own UAT, user training, and go-live support
• Act as the primary functional SPOC for the client
