Description:
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management
· Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems.
· Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
· Assist in procurement and deployment of hardware and software.
Technical Support
· Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
· Maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base.
Network & Security
· Monitor network performance, security, and backup systems.
· Implement and maintain IT security protocols and firewall policies.
· Ensure data backup, recovery, and integrity.
Software & Systems
· Install, configure, and maintain business applications and software.
· Coordinate with vendors for software licensing, updates, and support.
· Assist in ERP, CRM, or other system administration if applicable.
Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure compliance with IT policies, SOPs, and industry best practices.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation regularly.
Project Assistance
· Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Support team members in implementing new technologies and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
· Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud services.
· Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and backup solutions.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
