Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive MTO Social Media Community Manager to build, manage, and engage with our online community across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our audience, responding to queries, encouraging engagement, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor and manage brand communities across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

· Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

· Engage with followers and encourage meaningful conversations within the community.

· Moderate discussions and remove spam or inappropriate content.

· Collect community feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

· Organize interactive activities such as polls, Q&A sessions, and contests.

· Track community engagement metrics and prepare periodic reports.

 

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

· 06 months of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

· Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

· Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
