Monitoring and Evaluation (m&e) Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled M&E Manager to lead the development and implementation of frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and report on our programs’ impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks and systems for Jawaan Champions' programs.
• Design and execute data collection tools and methodologies to monitor program outcomes.
• Conduct regular evaluations and analysis to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure the integration of M&E processes throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build the capacity of staff and partners in M&E practices and principles.
• Stay updated on M&E best practices and adapt them to meet organizational needs.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the NGO or education sector.
