Microsharp Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated professional who combines strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge with sales capabilities.

 

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who understands Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can confidently engage with existing and new clients to identify opportunities for:

  • Ongoing support contracts
  • System enhancements
  • New feature requests and improvements

You’ll work closely with our technical team to translate business needs into practical Dynamics 365 solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing clients to identify upsell and enhancement opportunities
  • Present Dynamics 365 solutions, improvements, and support offerings
  • Understand client requirements and propose value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams on scope, feasibility, and delivery
  • Support pre-sales activities including demos and solution discussions

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform)
  • Basic understanding of customizations, configurations, and workflows
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly way
  • Experience in IT services sales or solution consulting (preferred)
  • Self-driven, confident, and client-focused mindset
