Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute targeted Meta ad campaigns for high-quality lead generation in the USA.
✔ Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI, ensuring alignment with client goals.
✔ Conduct audience research and segmentation, tailoring campaigns for state-specific targeting.
✔ Manage and allocate ad budgets across different states, optimizing spending based on performance.
✔ A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for continuous improvement.
✔ Collaborate with sales and automation teams to ensure a seamless funnel and lead conversion process.
✔ Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, budgets, and state-wise performance analysis.
✔ Maintain consistent communication with the client regarding campaign performance and strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ BS Honors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in Meta ad campaign management, specifically for USA-based lead generation.
✔ Strong expertise in niche marketing and audience segmentation.
✔ Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CRM tools.
✔ Experience in budget allocation and performance optimization.
✔ Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills, especially in a client-facing role.
