Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms while also supporting social media management activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion tracking, lead generation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts through content scheduling and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.
- Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
