Medical Virtual Assistant

 

Description:

We work with doctors’ offices and medical clinics across the U.S, helping them manage patient communication. This is a service-based, inbound role focused on handling patient calls and booking appointments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Handle inbound calls from patients

 

Schedule and confirm appointments for clinics and doctors

 

Assist patients with basic queries and information

 

Maintain accurate patient records and follow-ups

 

Deliver a smooth and professional patient experience

 

Requirements:

 

Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred), 3 to 4 years of experience in healthcare, telemarketing, or call center industry

 

Clear and confident English communication (good accent required)

 

Must be able to work **night shift (on-site)**

 

Punctual, responsible, and committed individuals
