Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support. The ideal candidate will excel in documentation, communication, and task management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain strong organizational systems for tasks, files, and records.

 

  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and basic correspondence.

 

  • Conduct online research as needed for projects and clients.

 

  • Organize client information and maintain updated records.

 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence.

 

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth workflow.

 

  • Check and verify customer payments; perform follow-ups for delayed payments.

 

  • Maintain filing systems and assist with payment scheduling.

 

  • Manage CRM entries, updates, and data accuracy.

 

Skills & Requirements:

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 

  • Excellent communication skills

 

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

 

  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred)

 

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
