We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a RCM/Medical Billing Sales Consultant from Pakistan to work remotely for us. JOB DESCRIPTION OF RCM/MEDICAL BILLING SALES CONSULTANT (REMOTE):

RCM Consultancy:

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the seamless implementation of RCM services.
• Work closely with the management team to develop work processes, bidding templates, and pricing models for RCM services.
• Support the management team by addressing queries and assisting with the implementation of RCM services.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
• 3-5 years of work experience as an RCM Lead or Accounts Specialist or relevant similar experience.
• Prior experience in RCM or medical billing sales, U.S. market specifically is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have experience in ICD-11 and CPT/HCPCS codes and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
