Marketplace Product Listing Specialist

Our B2B E-commerce business is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain our marketplace inventory. The coordinator will be responsible for listing products, updating pricing and stock levels daily, and preparing monthly reports while ensuring data accuracy. Strong English communication skills are crucial for this role.

What you’ll do

● Create and optimize product listings on Sunhub’s marketplace (titles, specs, images, tags, pricing).

● Ensure data accuracy (SKUs, variants, attributes) and compliance with listing guidelines.

● Run bulk uploads/edits via CSV; maintain catalog hygiene and fix broken/duplicate listings.

● Coordinate with Sales/Inventory/Ops for stock status, pricing changes, and promotions.

● Track listing performance (views, CTR, conversion) and suggest improvements

● Keep product pages SEO-friendly and customer-ready.

What we’re looking for

● 1–3 years of e-commerce listing/catalog experience (marketplaces or Shopify/VTEX/Magento).

● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with CSV templates.

● Detail-obsessed, organized, and fluent in written English.

● Bonus: basic HTML, Canva/Photoshop, or prior experience with solar/industrial products.
