We are fast growing company in Telco advertising and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Karachi. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and market research. This role requires a proactive individual capable of identifying new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with marketing and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, sales processes, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new markets, develop outreach strategies, and convert leads into business.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Telecom B2B sales experience is preferred.
