Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute production plans, optimize workflow, and implement best manufacturing practices.
• Lead and mentor production teams to enhance productivity and maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and resolve operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• BE Mechanical (Mandatory) with strong technical expertise.
• 10–12 years of experience in production management within the engineering/manufacturing sector.
• Proven leadership abilities to drive production teams and optimize processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure production environments.
