This full-time, on-site Manager Maintenance – Spinning (Auto Cone) role is based at Kassim’s facility in Karāchi. The Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of spinning and auto cone machinery, ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, coordinating repair activities, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role involves leading and training maintenance teams, monitoring spare parts inventory, and collaborating with production and quality departments to support consistent, efficient operations. The Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recommend upgrades or modifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills for spinning and auto cone machinery.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management, including planning schedules and optimizing machine uptime.
• Relevant experience in textile or denim manufacturing, particularly spinning operations, is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance, and the ability to implement safe working practices.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
