Our technology-enabled procurement platform serves some of the country's largest banks, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and corporate enterprises through a single, reliable source for office supplies, pantry products, cleaning and hygiene solutions, and workplace consumables.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader who enjoys building strategic relationships with both global brands and enterprise customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape supplier partnerships, win major corporate accounts, and influence the future growth of one of Pakistan's fastest-growing B2B procurement businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Partnership Management
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with leading national and multinational suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, rebates, marketing support, and exclusive partnerships.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve product availability, introduce new product categories, and enhance customer value.
Strategic Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Develop growth strategies for expanding Apricart's presence across key corporate sectors.
Corporate Business Development
- Identify, engage and acquire new enterprise customers. Lead end-to-end business development activities from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams to design tailored procurement solutions that address client requirements.
- Develop long-term account growth strategies for strategic customers.
Relationship Management
- Represent Apricart at industry forums, supplier meetings, and corporate networking events.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic suppliers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners by understanding their evolving business needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, key account management, strategic partnerships, procurement, or commercial roles.
- Experience working with large corporate clients and multinational suppliers is highly desirable. FMCG experience will be preferred.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close strategic partnerships.
