Management Trainee Officer

Description:

Shafi Gluco Chem, a global leader in sweeteners and protein ingredients, is looking for a practical, results-oriented HR professional to join our HR team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO). This role is ideal for HR specialists with 1–5 years of experience who want exposure to strategic and operational HR in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for multiple departments.
Assist in performance management, KPI tracking, and HR analytics.
Support training & development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and payroll coordination.
Collaborate with department heads to implement HR policies and process improvements.
Handle industrial relations, workforce planning, and HR reporting.

Requirements:

1–5 years of HR experience in corporate or manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance in Pakistan.
Hands-on experience with HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR projects.
