Maintenance Worker

Pakistan Facility Management (PFM) is looking for experienced and dependable Handymen/Maintenance Workers for our Multinational and International client to join our growing team. If you have hands-on skills in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or masonry work — this is your opportunity to join a reputable and professional organization.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily repair and maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry areas
Conduct inspections and carry out minor renovations and facility upgrades
Perform routine maintenance on lighting, fans, switches, sockets, and electrical systems
Repair water systems, pipelines, taps, flushes, and resolve leakages
Maintain flooring, blinds, carpets, perform fumigation, and pest control
Repair furniture, door locks, polish woodwork, and assist with paint jobs as needed
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and submit monthly reports to the supervisor

🎓 Qualifications:
Minimum education: Matric / O-Level /Diploma or above
Technical diploma in Masonry, Electrical Work, or Plumbing
2–3 years of hands-on experience in facility or maintenance work
Preference given to candidates with experience in diplomatic missions, international organizations, or corporate settings
