Job Description:

Techionik is hiring a LinkedIn Sales Specialist for our Lahore office.

This is a sales-focused role, where you will be using LinkedIn to find potential clients, reach out, and close deals — not just manage a profile.

We need someone who can actively generate leads, pitch services, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn.
  • Pitch Techionik’s services via LinkedIn messaging, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and negotiate deals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Update CRM and lead tracking systems daily.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn sales, prospecting, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred but not required).
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at our Lahore office.
