Linkedin Cold Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a LinkedIn Expert (Lead Generation Specialist) who has hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, profile optimization, and B2B lead generation strategies.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and setting qualified appointments.

You will play a critical role in expanding our client base through LinkedIn and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic strategies
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles (personal & company) for lead generation
• Execute targeted connection campaigns and personalized outreach messages
• Build and manage prospect pipelines
• Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building
• Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients
• Track outreach performance and maintain CRM records
• Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn algorithms and growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies and tools
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft personalized and high-converting messages
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
